Stephen T. Isaf, President and Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years of experience in international food trading, logistics and public refrigerated warehousing, Stephen Isaf’s reputation and record of accomplishment are recognized throughout the international food industry. He received his BBA in finance from the University of Georgia in 1979, and began his career in food exports.

In 1987, Isaf founded Global Marketing Associates (GMA), an organization that enjoyed consistent profitability and growth trading meat and poultry products globally in more than 60 countries. Beginning as its sole employee, Isaf grew the business to include an extremely successful Danish subsidiary and pushed revenues beyond $75 million annually with consistent profitability.

In June 1994, Isaf merged Global Marketing Associates into Berkshire Foods, Inc. The newly merge entity grew revenues to $130 Million. In addition to the international trading activities Berkshire distributed dairy and egg products throughout the Midwest and operated some 9 million cubic feet in Public Refrigerated Warehouses in 5 locations nationwide.

In January 2000, Isaf sold his interest in Berkshire Foods and founded Interra International, determined to build a global organization dedicated to combining industry-leading talent with the latest in information technology resources. Interra has grown substantially during its first seven years. Interra ships more than 240 million pounds of food products to more than sixty countries through its 3 offices producing revenues above $150 million.

Michael Crump, Executive Vice President

Mike Crump brings to Interra over 30 years of food industry experience, and has special expertise in the international poultry industry. After beginning his career with Goldkist, Inc., a leading U.S. poultry producer, Crump was in charge of the Caribbean marketing area at an Atlanta based trading company. He was the founder, co-owner and CEO of Royal Trading, an Atlanta-based international trading company focused on meat and poultry exports to the Caribbean. He joined Interra in 2001 and managed the firm’s trading activities in Latin America and the Caribbean and is a member of the Executive Committee. In 2004 his responsibilities expanded to include worldwide sales.

Crump holds a BBA degree in marketing from the University of Georgia.

Bill Green, Vice President

Bill Green has 30 years of experience in the meat industry, and his career has included management positions in beef and pork production, military food service sales, and government service in the meat sector. He also has 15 years of international food trading experience including sales management in South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

In addition to overseeing Interra's Mexican trade and Beef industry relations, Green is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Green holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.

John Donofrio, Vice President

John Donofrio has over 10 years of meat and poultry industry experience to his credit, and is an expert in the international pork trade. Donofrio worked in the international banking industry for several years prior to joining Global Marketing Associates. There he was in charge of meat and poultry sales to the Caribbean, where he played a crucial role in the company's growth in the pork product sales. He joined Interra in January of 2000 as Vice President - Caribbean, and is a member of the Risk Management Committee and Vice President of the product group.

John is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BA in International Business.
